- Profile
Faliraki is where Corfiots have traditionally taken their “baths” from old, a place better known among them as “Aleko’s baths”. One must walk from town through the St Nicholas gate (which allowed access to the sea in Venetian times). Swimmers sit on the short quay or lie on recliners provided by the barsnearby. Stone steps lead into the water.
